A working starting point for the proxy itself: one Python file (FastAPI) that forwards OpenAI-compatible chat requests with your upstream key, gives each customer their own key, prices every call from the upstream usage block at your markup, and logs it to SQLite for billing. Offline tests included. Non-streaming only; you bring the provider key and your own billing.
